The supply varieties of eateries like double special sing, masala sing, tomato sings etc. But the most favorite among all is masala sing. Aaswad Gruh Udyog from Uttarsanda trades its most famous Jira Mari Papad to Gujaratfood. Jira Mari Papad is the most loved and famous of all. Aaswad Gruh Udyog is also famous for Punjabi Papad, Single Mari Papad, Garlic Mari Papad and Double Mari Papad.
Next on our list is our very own Vadodara. And the most famous vendors from Vadodara are Jagdish Farsan who supplies us with Lillo Chevado and Bhakherwadi, Parshwa Khakhara’s Khakhara.
Shri Bhailalbhai Suchak, owner of Jagdish Farsan, began his career 50 years ago. Since then Jagdish Farsan has gained name in trading tasty bites like Lillo Chevado and Bhakherwadi, Solapuri Chevado and many other items. Till date they have maintained their quality and quantity.
Lillo Chevado is a mix of Bengal gram, iodized salt, red chilly powder along with other ingredients.
Bhakherwadi is made from Bengal gram flour, spices, salt, coriander, vegetable oils are a few of major ingredients. Apart from Lillo Chevado and Bhakherwadi, Jagdish Farsan also sells Farali chevado, Solapuri Chevado, Sukho Chevado, Fulvadis and Mix Farsan.
Next on our list is Parshwa Khakhara’s Khakhara. These are made from mat bean, wheat, oil, salt and other spices. They are crackers which taste amazing with tea. The variety Parshwa sells is Plain, Jira Masala, Methi, Mangroli, Chat masala to name a few.

Sukhadia Garbddas Bapuji from Nadiad Anand is our next trader. Their specialty is Mix Dry fruit sweets. The sweet contains ingredients like cashew, almonds, pistachios, honey, glucose syrup, silver foil, etc. With the mix of so much dry fruits, why wouldn’t anyone like it?
But that’s not just all; Sukhadia Garbaddas Bapuji also supplies Plain Kaju Katli, sugarless sweets for the ones who love less sweet, Mix Chavanu and Almond Nankhatai.
Kaju Katli consists of crushed cashew, sugar and silver foil.
While in sugarless sweets anjeer, cashew, ghee, apricot, almond, pistachios, digestive biscuits and honey is added, instead of sugar, along with other ingredients.
